What data we collect

We collect only the bare minimum:

• The data you share voluntarily when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or by booking a call (for example, your name, email and your message).
• Nothing else: the site uses no analytics and does not track your visits. It only stores in your browser the theme you choose (light, dark or system), and that never leaves your device.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your contact details to reply and follow up on your project. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by writing to us. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing it stores is your theme choice, in your browser’s local storage; you can clear it anytime from your browser settings.

Third-party services

We rely on these services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Microsoft Bookings — to schedule calls, when you choose to book.
• WhatsApp — if you decide to message us there.

Your rights

In Mexico you have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection) and, if you write from the European Union, the equivalent GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability).
